Earn Rewards for Taking Care of Your Health
Our Wellness Program through Wellworks For You makes it easy to focus on your well-being while earning a meaningful reward. By completing a few simple wellness steps and participating in activities that fit your lifestyle, eligible employees can earn a monthly wellness credit.

How to Earn the Reward​
​If you're enrolled in the company medical plan, complete these steps by October 31, 2026:

Get your annual physical: Visit your primary care provider and upload your completed proof of visit form to the Wellness Portal.

Complete the Know Your Number (KYN) assessment: Log into the Wellness Portal and complete the online health questionnaire to receive your personal results.

Earn 100 wellness points: Choose from a variety of wellness activities like preventive care, learning modules, physical activity tracking, challenges, volunteering, and more.
All activities and forms are submitted through the Wellness Portal or Mobile App.

Your Reward
Complete all requirements on time and you'll earn $40 per month added to your paycheck, starting January 2027. That's $480 per year for investing in your health!

New employees enrolled in the medical plan on or after September 1, 2026 can earn the same reward by completing 50 wellness points by the deadline. Employees not enrolled in the medical plan are welcome to participate but are not eligible for the payroll credit.
