Eligibility
Employees who meet the eligibility requirements based on weekly hours worked may participate in the benefits program. Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time and internship employees are not eligible to participate.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse, (2) Domestic Partner* and/or (3) Children** up to age 26.

* If you are enrolling a Domestic Partner in coverage, please review and sign TerrAscend’s Affidavit of Domestic Partnership and be sure to upload it to Wurk as supporting documentation during the enrollment process. Benefit coverage for your Domestic Partner cannot be reviewed for approval unless you have provided TerrAscend with a completed and signed Affidavit.

** The following children are eligible for coverage: Your biological children, your domestic partner's children, stepchildren, legally adopted children, children in the process of adoption who have been placed in your home in a parent/child relationship, children for whom you are the legal (court-appointed) guardian, or, children for whom you are legally required to provide coverage by either a divorce decree, or a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO).
