Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
HEALTHCARE FSA
An FSA provides a way to set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck for medical expenses not covered by your health plan. This is a great savings tool to make your money work smarter for you. You can save up to $3,300 per year for 2025. You must use all those dollars by the end of the plan year but can roll forward up to $660 maximum into the next year.
A debit card is provided for you to make payment at the time of service for a pharmacy, co-pay, etc. You can also make payment for any eligible expense that you receive an invoice for.

The FSA is administered through Accrue CMS.

COMMUTER FSA
This benefit allows you to set aside pretax dollars for mass transit commuting and parking fees.

-
Save 40% or more on your costs commuting to and from work
-
Contribute up to $325 for transit and $325 for parking in 2025
-
Use it for train, bus, subway, ferry, vanpool, and parking garage/meter near your place of employment
-
Any money contributed to your transit or parking benefit rolls over every month until it is used, or you are no longer eligible

DEPENDENT CARE FSA
You can also set aside dollars to pay for your child care that would allow you to work. Unlike the FSA, the funds are not pre-loaded. The funds are available for reimbursement after the services are rendered and funds have been collected through your paycheck.

A Dependent Care FSA can only be used for qualifying eligible dependent care services, such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or adult daycare. You can contribute up to $5,000 per year ($2,500 for married individuals filing separately).
